WIN members meet for breakfast every Thursday morning at 7:15 a.m. at Commencement Bay Coffee Company, in Tacoma, Washington. Located at 2354 S. Jefferson Ave. in Tacoma, the CBCC offers a delicious meal and free parking in their own lot.
